The activity department—bring so much joy, creativity, and engagement to the residents every day. The variety of activities and the genuine enthusiasm of the team make a huge difference in residents’ quality of life. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Communication with families is consistent and reassuring, which makes such a difference during challenging times. The activity department was super involved with giving the patients a fun and safe space, with karaoke or pizza making. The nursing staff are polite and gentle with their care. The facility is clean, smells good, and well-kept.
SAN Francisco post acute care about the staff and their resident .place is well clean and properly managed .lets not forget about the activities, they have the best activities like pizza making , art and many more .activities director and other staff make sure all resident participate on activities .
I insisted my brother be taken to SF Post Acute because the last time he was there they didn’t discharge him until he could walk and do things around the house. I knew they would do the same this time. They are concerned with helping the patient and returning them home as functional people. I like that. This is the best rehab facility my brother has been in.
